Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food and packages to customers within designated New Orleans zones
- Maintain pristine vehicle appearance and ensure optimal maintenance
- Provide exceptional customer service with friendly interactions and order verification
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize travel time
- Accurately process cashless payments and handle transactions securely
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols at all times
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team regarding delivery status
Qualifications
- Valid Louisiana driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience in urban environments
- Smartphone proficiency for navigation and order management systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Excellent time management skills with punctuality as a core value
- Strong customer service orientation with friendly communication style
- Knowledge of New Orleans neighborhoods and traffic patterns preferred
- Background check and drug screening required
