Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food packages to residential and commercial addresses using company-provided vehicles
- Maintain clean, organized delivery vehicles and follow all safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions at drop-off points
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure timely arrivals
- Handle cash transactions and digital payments accurately
- Report vehicle maintenance issues and coordinate repairs promptly
- Track deliveries through mobile app and update customers on delivery status
Qualifications
- Valid Virginia driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Virginia Beach area and surrounding neighborhoods
- Excellent time management and route optimization skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for app-based operations
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
