Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages and goods within Houston metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for each shipment
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to traffic regulations and company safety protocols at all times
- Optimize routes for efficient delivery scheduling and fuel conservation
- Assist with loading/unloading operations when necessary
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience preferred
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds regularly
- Familiarity with Houston area navigation systems
