Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport food orders to customers using company vehicles
- Verify order accuracy and maintain temperature control for perishable items
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Manage delivery route optimization to ensure timely arrivals
- Maintain clean and organized delivery vehicle at all times
- Report any delivery issues or vehicle maintenance needs promptly
- Complete delivery documentation and payment processing accurately
Qualifications
- Valid Louisiana driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to operate vehicles in urban and suburban environments
- Strong time management and navigation skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for route apps and communication
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely
- Prior delivery or customer service experience preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Knowledge of New Orleans neighborhoods a major plus
