Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses throughout NYC
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and customer communication via mobile app
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize routes using GPS technology to maximize time efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Assist with warehouse operations including sorting and loading shipments
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid New York State driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Proficiency with smartphone navigation apps
