Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and food orders to residential and commercial destinations using company vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and optimize routes using GPS technology
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols
- Assist with inventory management and warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Proven experience in delivery, courier, or logistics roles
- Strong knowledge of Long Beach streets and surrounding areas
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
