Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food orders to customers within designated Houston neighborhoods
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer communication through our mobile app
- Inspect and maintain vehicle cleanliness, fuel levels, and mechanical condition
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure timely arrivals
- Provide exceptional customer service with friendly and professional interactions
- Handle cashless payments and verify order accuracy upon delivery
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Smartphone proficiency for navigation and order management
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of Houston geography and major thoroughfares
- Reliable transportation to and from our Energy Corridor hub
