Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and goods across Charlotte metropolitan area
- Verify delivery details and maintain accurate delivery logs using our mobile tracking system
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and resolve client inquiries
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to all traffic regulations and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization and time management
- Assist with loading/unloading procedures and inventory management
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 3 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong knowledge of Charlotte streets and surrounding areas
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Professional communication and customer service abilities
- Basic smartphone proficiency for GPS and delivery apps
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Prior delivery or logistics experience preferred
