Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses using company-provided vehicles
- Optimize daily routes using GPS navigation software to minimize delivery times
- Maintain accurate delivery records through digital scanning and paperwork
- Inspect vehicles daily to ensure operational safety and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Assist with loading/unloading operations at distribution centers
- Adhere strictly to company safety protocols and traffic regulations
Qualifications
- Valid Virginia driver's license with clean driving record (no DUIs or major violations within 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience or delivery background
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly and operate in various weather conditions
- Proficient with smartphone apps and basic navigation technology
- Strong time-management skills and punctuality
- Excellent communication abilities and customer service orientation
- Pass background check and drug screening requirements
