Responsibilities
- Deliver packages, documents, and parcels to residential and commercial customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Operate delivery vehicles in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Interact professionally with clients, ensuring a positive customer experience and resolving any delivery issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures and mileage logs.
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks (tire pressure, fluid levels) and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Adhere to strict time schedules and route plans to ensure on-time deliveries.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no more than 1 moving violation in the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Access to a reliable, insured personal vehicle (if not provided by company).
- Basic computer literacy and experience with GPS navigation systems.
