Responsibilities
- Safely transport time-sensitive packages and medical supplies across San Jose and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and proof of delivery documentation
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service with professional communication
- Adhere to traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Optimize routes using GPS technology to ensure on-time deliveries
- Assist with loading/unloading packages and inventory management
Qualifications
- Valid California Class C driver's license with clean 3-year record
- Minimum 2 years professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Proficiency with smartphone navigation apps
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of Bay Area geography preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
