Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages, documents, and specialized equipment using company vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic tracking systems
- Provide exceptional customer service during drop-offs and pick-ups
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Optimize routes to ensure on-time deliveries in high-traffic Bay Area
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Communicate delivery status via mobile app and customer portals
Qualifications
- Valid Class C driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Familiarity with San Jose/Silicon Valley geography
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery apps
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Commercial driving experience preferred
