Responsibilities
- Safely transport and deliver packages within Philadelphia and surrounding areas
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs
- Optimize routes using GPS technology to ensure timely deliveries
- Handle high-value or temperature-sensitive shipments with care
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Assist with loading/unloading operations at distribution centers
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong knowledge of Philadelphia street networks
- Proficiency with mobile navigation apps and delivery software
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Background check and drug test clearance required
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred but not required
