- Optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency and on-time performance
- Handle fragile or high-value items with specialized care protocols

Qualifications
- Valid California Class C driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years professional driving experience in urban environments
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong knowledge of Oakland streets and Bay Area geography
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficient with GPS technology and delivery tracking apps
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
