Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and documents to designated residential and commercial addresses within the Las Vegas metro area in a timely manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients professionally and ensuring packages are handled with care.
- Navigate efficiently using GPS and route planning tools to optimize delivery times and fuel consumption.
- Inspect and maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle, reporting any mechanical issues immediately.
- Accurately complete delivery logs, paperwork, and digital proof of delivery (POD) using mobile apps.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately for drop-off services when required.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no major violations within the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Familiarity with the Las Vegas geography and traffic patterns is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Reliable smartphone with data access for navigation and job management apps.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
