Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and documents across Metro Detroit using company vehicles
- Maintain precise delivery schedules with GPS route optimization
- Provide exceptional customer service during pickups and drop-offs
- Complete accurate delivery documentation and electronic logging
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Communicate delivery status updates via mobile app in real-time
Qualifications
- Valid Michigan driver's license with clean 3-year driving record
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience (commercial preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Proficiency with smartphone navigation apps and delivery platforms
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Knowledge of Metro Detroit road networks and traffic patterns
