Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and documents throughout Metro Atlanta using GPS navigation
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic manifests
- Provide exceptional customer service during residential and commercial deliveries
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Coordinate with dispatch team for route optimization and urgent deliveries
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading operations when required
Qualifications
- Valid Georgia driver's license with minimum 2 years of clean driving record
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class B or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Proficiency with smartphone navigation apps and delivery tracking systems
- Strong time-management and problem-solving skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous courier or delivery experience preferred
- Knowledge of Atlanta metropolitan area neighborhoods
