Responsibilities
- Operate company vehicles to safely deliver packages, medical supplies, and critical documents throughout Albuquerque metro area
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to maintain strict 95%+ on-time delivery rate
- Verify recipient signatures and maintain detailed delivery manifests for accountability
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service with professional communication during all interactions
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery exceptions and special requests
Qualifications
- Valid Class C driver's license with clean MVR (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience with delivery background
- Ability to lift packages up to 70 pounds and navigate various terrain types
- Deep knowledge of Albuquerque neighborhoods, landmarks, and traffic patterns
- Proficient with mobile delivery apps and basic technology systems
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
- Pass background check and DOT physical examination
- Spanish bilingual skills highly preferred
