Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and documents throughout Columbus metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and proof-of-signature documentation
- Optimize routes using GPS technology to ensure timely deliveries
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service at each delivery point
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with sorting and loading packages at distribution center
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Familiarity with Columbus streets and surrounding areas
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends/holidays
