Responsibilities
- Safely transport time-sensitive packages across Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex
- Maintain precise delivery records and obtain electronic signatures
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize routes using GPS technology for maximum efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Handle temperature-sensitive deliveries with proper protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Class C driver's license with clean MVR
- Minimum 2 years professional driving experience
- Ability to lift 50+ packages repeatedly throughout shift
- Proficient with smartphone navigation apps
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of Dallas street grid system
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
