Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages, documents, and medical supplies across Baltimore metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and proof-of-signature documentation
- Optimize routes using GPS technology to ensure timely arrivals
- Inspect and maintain assigned vehicle (company-provided) for cleanliness and operational safety
- Provide exceptional customer service during client interactions
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading operations at warehouse and delivery points
Qualifications
- Valid Maryland driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 3 years)
- Commercial Driver's License (Class C) or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Strong knowledge of Baltimore city streets and surrounding areas
- Proficient with smartphone navigation apps and basic delivery software
- Background check and drug screening required
- Reliable smartphone with data plan
