Responsibilities
- Safely transport time-sensitive packages and documents within Memphis metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and real-time GPS tracking updates
- Provide exceptional customer service during package handoffs and route communications
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and meet tight deadlines
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading operations at warehouse and client locations
Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Proficiency with smartphone navigation apps and basic tech tools
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including early mornings and weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Knowledge of Memphis streets and surrounding areas a plus
