Responsibilities
- Safely transport time-sensitive packages and documents throughout Colorado Springs and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain necessary signatures
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals and fuel efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Operate GPS tracking systems and communicate delivery status to dispatch
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean MVR (minimum 3 years experience)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift packages up to 70 pounds repeatedly
- Proficiency with smartphone navigation apps and delivery tracking systems
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently in all weather conditions
- Previous commercial driving experience preferred
