Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles for time-sensitive deliveries within Albuquerque metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain recipient signatures
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize routes using GPS technology to ensure efficiency
- Handle specialized cargo including temperature-sensitive medical items
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid New Mexico driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Albuquerque streets and landmarks
- Basic smartphone navigation proficiency
- Background check and drug screen required
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends
- Commercial Driver's License (Class B) preferred
