Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, documents, and medical supplies throughout Columbus metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and handle cash transactions when required
- Perform vehicle pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Optimize routes using GPS technology to ensure timely deliveries
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading operations at distribution centers
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 2 years professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Proficient with GPS navigation and mobile scanning systems
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
