Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and documents across the Austin metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and update tracking systems in real-time
- Provide exceptional customer service during client interactions
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding delivery status and route updates
- Assist with package loading/unloading and inventory management
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Class C driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years professional driving experience
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds
- Familiarity with Austin streets and navigation systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
