Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport packages and documents using company vehicles
- Optimize daily routes using GPS technology for maximum time efficiency
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain proper signatures
- Inspect vehicles daily to ensure safe operating conditions
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Communicate delivery status and delays to dispatch team promptly
Qualifications
- Valid California Class C driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Fresno area streets and neighborhoods
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for route navigation
- Reliable transportation to and from depot
- Background check and drug screen required
