Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (dry van, reefers) for local and regional routes
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Plan efficient routes using GPS navigation systems
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs
- Coordinate with dispatch for on-time deliveries
- Handle freight documentation and billing processes
- Represent our brand with professional customer interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with Miami-Dade/Broward road networks
- Hazmat endorsement preferred (training provided)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy for ELD systems
