Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers for long-haul and regional routes
- Adhere to FMCSA regulations and conduct pre/post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and electronic logs
- Collaborate with dispatch for efficient route planning and on-time delivery
- Secure cargo and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Represent Desert Logistics professionally with clients and partners
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Knowledge of Southwest regional terrain and weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb trailer ladders
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
