Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for local and regional routes
- Perform pre-trip inspections and adhere to strict FMCSA regulations
- Load/unload freight with precision and care using hydraulic systems
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic logging device records
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization
- Provide exceptional customer service at delivery points
- Report vehicle maintenance issues promptly
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with California roadways and hazmat regulations (preferred)
- Strong time management and route planning skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
