Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in the Oklahoma City metro area.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure a zero-accident record.
- Obtain signatures and verify delivery details with recipients, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is clean and operational.
- Plan efficient routes to maximize delivery times and fuel economy.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delays or issues.
- Handle cash and digital payments accurately and report discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no DUIs or major violations in the last 3 years).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and smartphone apps.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on punctuality and reliability.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
