Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to their destinations while adhering to traffic laws and CityRide's safety protocols
- Maintain a clean, presentable vehicle that meets our quality standards
- Provide friendly, professional customer service and assist passengers with luggage or special requests
- Optimize routes using the CityRide app to maximize efficiency and earnings
- Report trip details and passenger feedback through our mobile platform
- Monitor vehicle maintenance and report any issues promptly
- Participate in periodic driver training and safety updates
Qualifications
- Valid Nebraska driver's license with at least 1 year of driving experience
- Smartphone compatible with our app (iOS 13+ or Android 8+)
- Reliable personal vehicle (2010 or newer) with 4 doors and 5+ seat capacity
- Pass background check and vehicle inspection
- Strong knowledge of Lincoln area streets and landmarks
- Excellent communication skills and customer service attitude
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professional standards
- No major moving violations in the past 3 years
