Responsibilities
- Safe Passenger Transport: Safely pick up and drop off passengers at their requested locations in a timely and professional manner.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure the provided vehicle is kept clean, organized, and mechanically sound for every trip.
- Route Navigation: Utilize GPS and mapping apps to navigate efficiently and avoid traffic delays.
- Customer Service: Provide a high-quality, friendly, and courteous experience to every rider.
- Compliance & Safety: Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety protocols.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of trips and earnings through the company app.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License: A current, valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no DUIs or major violations in the last 3 years).
- Smartphone: A smartphone (iOS or Android) with reliable internet access for app management.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Availability: Flexible schedule availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
