Responsibilities
- Safely operate company-provided commercial vehicles to transport freight across designated routes
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, ensuring compliance with DOT regulations
- Coordinate with dispatch team to optimize delivery schedules and maintain timely operations
- Load/unload cargo using proper equipment and techniques to prevent damage
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and electronic logging system records
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while representing our brand
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding shipment status
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards
- Proficiency in using electronic logging devices (ELD) and navigation systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical loading/unloading tasks
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
