Responsibilities
Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver freight on time and within budget.Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment and techniques.Maintain accurate logs and paperwork (ELD/Logbook) in strict accordance with DOT regulations.Ensure the security of cargo during transport and handle any minor adjustments at the destination.Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies to minimize risk.
Qualifications
Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or B required.Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving experience in a commercial setting.Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (MEC) or DOT medical card.Clear Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no serious violations.Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.
