Responsibilities
- Safe and timely delivery of freight across designated routes in Arizona and surrounding states
- Perform daily pre-trip inspections and basic maintenance checks on company-provided equipment
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and electronic logging (ELD) compliance
- Build strong client relationships through professional communication and service excellence
- Optimize routes for efficiency while adhering to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery exceptions and schedule adjustments
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable box truck or straight truck experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading/unloading equipment
- Strong knowledge of Arizona roadways and regional logistics networks
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills for preventive maintenance
- Reliable smartphone with data plan for communication and app-based dispatch
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
