Responsibilities
- Safely operate company-provided box trucks for local/regional deliveries in Plano metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic documentation (ELD compliance)
- Coordinate with dispatch for optimal route planning and on-time deliveries
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs immediately
- Handle freight loading/unloading with proper securing techniques
- Represent SwiftLogics TX with professional customer interactions
- Adhere to DOT regulations and safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 2 years box truck experience
- Clean MVR (no DUIs in last 5 years, max 2 moving violations)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and operate loading equipment
- Strong knowledge of Plano/Dallas area roadways
- Basic smartphone proficiency for dispatch communication
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Commercial liability insurance coverage (provided)
- Reliable personal transportation to depot
