Responsibilities
- Safely operate company-provided box truck for local/regional deliveries
- Plan efficient routes using provided GPS technology
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic maintenance
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Communicate proactively with dispatch team
- Adhere strictly to DOT safety regulations
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years box truck experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong route planning and time management skills
- Basic mechanical knowledge for vehicle checks
- Reliable smartphone and data plan
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Local Jacksonville area residency preferred
