Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial Class A trucks on local and regional routes.
- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment (chains, straps, etc.).
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records.
- Adhere to all federal, state, and local traffic laws and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
- Ensure cargo is secured properly and delivered on time.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: Must be willing to learn and complete our paid training program to obtain a CDL Class A.
- Clean driving record (MVR check required).
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical exam.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
- Valid U.S. work authorization (No sponsorship currently available).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual labor tasks.
