Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver goods to designated locations
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Assist with loading/unloading cargo as needed
- Operate in various weather conditions and traffic scenarios
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL training provided)
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic math skills for delivery documentation
- Strong commitment to safety and punctuality
- Ability to work flexible schedules including early mornings
- Physical ability to climb in/out of cab and lift up to 50 lbs
