Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods within Indiana and surrounding states
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspectionsMaintain accurate delivery documentation and logs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Provide excellent customer service during delivery interactions
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team regarding route progress
- Assist in loading/unloading freight as needed
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license (or willingness to obtain through our training program)
- Clean driving record with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of DOT regulations and logging requirements
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work independently while following company procedures
- Physical ability to handle freight and climb into/out of vehicle
