Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks and vans safely and efficiently on assigned routes.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload cargo using proper equipment and safety protocols.
- Complete all daily logs, delivery receipts, and paperwork accurately and on time.
- Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all traffic laws.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
- Ensure the cargo is secured and protected during transit.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (CDL Class A or B preferred; Class C for local box truck considered).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Physical ability to load and unload cargo.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Willingness to travel regionally or locally as required.
