Responsibilities
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and DOT compliance.
- Safely load and unload freight, ensuring cargo integrity and security.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and documentation.
- Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers regarding schedules and delivery details.
- Uphold a professional image and maintain a clean driving record.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
- Current DOT Medical Card.
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no major violations.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to undergo paid training programs.
