Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods within Ohio
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain vehicle logs
- Adhere to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Load/unload shipments with proper equipment handling
- Communicate with dispatch and clients regarding delivery status
- Manage time efficiently to meet delivery schedules
- Maintain clean driving record and comply with traffic laws
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (Class A or B) - training available
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic math skills for delivery documentation
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
