Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks (Class A) to deliver freight to designated locations.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance and safety.
- Load and unload cargo using proper equipment, ensuring freight security.
- Complete all necessary delivery paperwork and digital logs accurately.
- Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all DOT regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding schedules and delays.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required (we offer training for qualified candidates).
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Strong commitment to safety and defensive driving practices.
- Must have a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) free of major violations.
- Basic computer literacy for electronic logging devices (ELD).
