Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks safely and efficiently on various road conditions.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork according to DOT regulations.
- Deliver freight to customers in a professional and timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules and changes.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Clean driving record and MVR available for review.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation physical exam.
- Basic math and reading skills for documentation purposes.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
