Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks (Class A CDL required) to transport freight across designated routes
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and ensure vehicle compliance with DOT regulations
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and electronic logs (ELD)
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route planning and on-time deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading operations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and defensive driving techniques
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding shipment status and delays
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience or recent CDL graduate
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening (company-paid)
- Basic navigation skills and familiarity with Denver metro area
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety excellence
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed
