Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles within Seattle metro area and Pacific Northwest routes
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance checks
- Load/unload cargo with proper handling techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Represent the company professionally at all delivery points
Qualifications
- Valid Washington State driver's license (Class A permit preferred but not required)
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic math skills for load verification and paperwork
- Flexible schedule including early mornings and weekends
- Willingness to obtain CDL-A within 90 days of hire
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
