Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods within San Francisco Bay Area
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation per DOT regulations
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route planning and on-time deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading operations
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols at all times
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery status
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A/B) or willingness to obtain through our paid training program
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of GPS navigation systems and route planning
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings and weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
