Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles for local and regional deliveries
- Load/unload cargo with proper handling techniques
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Provide excellent customer service during delivery interactions
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse teams
Qualifications
- Valid California Driver's License required
- No trucking experience necessary - we train!
- Ability to obtain CDL-A within 90 days of hire
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Good driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Basic math and navigation skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Reliable transportation to our San Jose facility
